Manny Pacquiao is all set to take down Adrien Broner and y’all know he’s going to shut down when the PacMan opens up. Broner wants to be Floyd Mayweather, JR., but he don’t have his mojo. Never did. Never will. He just cruises along and lets his opponents outwork him left and right as he did with Mikey Garcia. Pacquiao is a punching machine and unless Broner got his punches flying, he will be overwhelmed and I would not be surprised if “The Problem” quit on his stool faking an injury to stop the PacMan from eating his ass up. YA HEARD!
Showtime is starting to run the series promoting the pay per view fight and I ain’t gonna lie. I’m gonna rent it because I know my man, Manny, comes to fight and sees Broner for what he is. He is all talk and when that opening bell rings, he’s going to defend, defend, defend, and then bitch at the decision loss. Come on man. We are paying good money for this. Throw some punches!
I remember when I made some good money betting on Garcia to beat Broner by decision. It was an easy call and y’all know that I’ll be putting money down on this fight and I’m putting it all on Manny by decision win. My only worry is that Broner may quit.
Once he gets past Broner, can he get Floyd out retirement? That’s the question. That guy is over there in the far east fighting some kickboxer, but it don’t mean jack. A rematch with Manny would be his first real fight in years and it would be nice to see these two old warriors lace up the gloves again and go at it. I just hope it wouldn’t be a repeat of what happened to my boy, Chuck Liddell. You didn’t have to come back Iceman. You didn’t.
Pacquiao – Broner will only be interesting if Broner can break out of his shell and throw some counter shots as the storm brews, but don’t bet the house on it. This is going to be another disappointment for the Broner fans that wanted him to be the next big thing. Pacquiao wins and then onto Floyd. The Pac Express is still on the tracks you haters.
