Three-piece alternative punk band Lost In Society has released their highly anticipated new album Modern Illusions! The record, which includes their latest single “I Want To Know”, was produced by Pete Steinkopf (guitarist of The Bouncing Souls). When asked about Modern Illusions, vocalist/guitarist Zach Moyle said: “It feels great to finally get this record out after two years, and to me, the songs still hold up. I’m so stoked on the final product, especially with how much thought and effort we put into it. I think we’re going to surprise a lot of people.”
Lost In Society will be hitting the road this March. The first show is set to kick off on March 3rd in Virginia Beach, VA and will wrap up on March 31st in Harrisburg, PA. Fans will have a chance to see the power trio hit the stage in support of their new record Modern Illusions. In addition, the band is heading to Austin, TX to perform at SXSW from March 14th through March 19th with more shows to be announced.

When asked about “I Want To Know”, the band said: “This song is basically conveying the current frustration and divide between the classes in America. A classic greed vs. need storyline. This song took over a year to take its final form, and almost ended up on the cutting room floor before its final incarnation. Jolting, fierce and raw: Lost In Society’s live show has been described as all of the above. The NJ-based alternative punk act has performed at large festivals including Vans Warped Tour, Punk Rock Bowling, Fun Fun Fun Fest, SXSW, CMJ Music Marathon, and Fest. Lost In Society is known for bringing fans out the same way old punks did — by word of mouth. Having toured all over the map and sharing the stage with the likes of Taking Back Sunday, Dead Sara, The Bouncing Souls, Bad Religion, The Flatliners, Misfits, Bayside, and SWMRS, the trio is showing no signs of stopping.
