Dr. Britt Baker D.M.D., one of the best heels in all of pro wrestling, was in her dentist office, talking about being a role model and pointing to her match with Shida, who injured her nose. Baker pointed out the dirty fighting and how a role model would never do that. It was very amusing. She keeps on getting better.
We get some great hype, mostly by Taz, about the upcoming Jake Hager – Jon Moxley no holds barred AEW Heavyweight Title match later in the night. I LOVE what they are doing. As a boxing fan, they have borrowed elements in their promotion and it really gets me hyped for this main event.
Baker was set to take on Cassandra Golden, a newcomer to the AEW ring. Baker started early and her new style is so amusing. Golden didn’t last long and Baker finished her, putting her mouth on the bottom rope and kicking the back of her head, leading to the 1-2-3 for AEW’s best female heel. What fun she is.
