Warner Bros. Home Entertainment is releasing SNOWPIERCER: THE COMPLETE SECOND SEASON on Blu-ray and DVD on 11/9, featuring all 10 episodes along with some great extras.
The presentation on Blu-ray is amazing and the cast is incredible. The visuals and sound are great and it feels more like a movie than a TV show. There is great attention to detail and it is great to see Jennifer Connelly as a mainstay on the show. She has a presence and gels well with the rest of the cast.
Still under quarantine and the Earth might just be thawing in this second season. A vaccine might be in order and there may just be hope for the world, but there is plenty of drama happening as all this transpires.
The fight for survival and attempts to figure out how to live with the cold and elements that they must contend with, is done very well. There are plot twists and additional characters added that spice things up. The first season was incredible and you don’t lose anything with this second season. It’s a great follow-up.
SNOWPIERCER: THE COMPLETE SECOND SEASON can be a slow burn at times, but the payoff is always worth it. The show does a great job building and building and developing characters. I highly recommend this one.
