The knowledge of inner self, inclination and intuition is what drives the Queen of Wands. The Queen reflects your ability to understand not only your own motivations, but the motivations of others. You can easily read people and respond in a way that draws them in. Confident, self-assured and having the ability to control a room with a bat of an eye or a flash of a smile, you are always in control and have those around eating out of the palm of your hand. You reflect only the best, hiding anything you view as imperfection whether on the outside or in.
Though people feel close to you and view you as a confidant, you don’t have that same relationship with them. You hold back not wanting those around you to see you as weak. You refuse to give anyone the ability to take advantage, but this in turn puts you at a disadvantage. Often of the mindset that you can analyze your own behavior and feelings as well as any doctor and therefore do not need assistance, you keep any negativity bottled up and hidden. With friends, you often believe their issues supersede yours which makes you a great listener, but silent when it comes to your own mental well-being. You have confidants and people who love you. Trust them with what’s really going on. Even though you have the capability of deciphering all of your tribulations on your own, you need an ear like everyone else. You’re not a burden and quite the contrary, sharing some of your own strife will allow others to see you more as a real person than an unattainable representation of perfection. Not only will you feel good talking about your own issues, but you’ll form stronger and more real bonds that run far beyond the scope of idol worship.
In relation to others, be ready to take on a few new friends. Despite your self-awareness and the awareness of others, you have remained refreshingly unaffected and without a hint of pretentiousness within. You have always been able to take a step back and remain down-to-earth and fun to be around. Though often the envy of your loved ones and colleagues, you are too entertaining and charming to dislike. Instead, people often look to emulate your demeanor and aura in hopes of having that attention shine on them. You may find one or two awkward and emotionally uncomfortable people come to you for guidance or see their attempts to mimic your behavior. Be kind and patient with them. Though not as socially equipped as you may be, they are trying. Make the time and be a teacher. Help them find their own confidence so they can stand on their own. Not only will you feel good about making a difference, but the universe will shine good karma upon you. Not to mention, one of these awkward peeps may end up being your dearest friend and most trusted confidant.
Lastly, be aware of opportunities to incorporate your knowledge of human behavior in a business setting. Whether via facilitating a meeting, potential job interviews or career advancement offers, use intuition and knowledge regarding what is needed, and success will be yours. Trust your instincts as you do in social settings and job performance will be a breeze, regardless of the workload.
